Do to a back injury 2 years ago and dealing with workmans comp I was told I have depression .
some days are so bad I can't get out of bed some times for 2 or 3 days the only time I get out is to go to a meeting , I pray every morning and thank him at night but this depression is kicking my ass

today I recieved a comment from another alcoholic and I"m sorry for forgetting what this is all about , not for me but for you. I"ve been sober for about 8 and 1/2 years , I"m very active in AA and I sponsor people who ask me for help the last message I got was fron someone who was going to there first meeting , all I can say is I pray that you will enjoy , and remember that you are what we are all about thank you so much for being there fom all of us.
