Step 8 says willing to make amends to them all ,I thought I was willing but when it came to this one amends the willing was not there how do I become willing ? I talked to my sponsor and he told me to pray for the willingness , I prayed and prayed and I still don't have it.

I can handle alot of my feelings ,but when it comes to my feelings get hurt that is the worst , it goes deep into my heart draining me and it hurts .
