Every morning I wake up and say my prayers ,I've worked 35 years in construction and now I'm laid up hurt with a back injury . I go to 2 meetings a day 12:00 and 5:45 ,not being able to do to much in between my mind wanders and wanders , sometime its goes to the good and most of the time I find myself going into the past , and the past is not good . I'VE tried to talk about this at meetings and all I get is ( find a hobby ) and a lot of others things mostly things I can't do because of my back , help me please !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have alot of feelings come and go , and its very hard for me to deal with them . I started to tell my self that they were just feeling's and they would just go away .A man came up to me after I shared this in a meeting and he told me that they were my feelings and don't just wish them away because I have to go threw them and know what they mean to me ..

I TRIED CALLING HIM BACK AND NO LUCK , ALL I CAN DO NOW IS PRAY AND LET GOD HAVE HIM ...

I PRAY TO GOD THAT THE PERSON I'M TRYING TO HELP IS BEING HONEST WITH ME , AND PLEASE GIVE ME THE STRENGH TO DO IT
